Position will require organization, distribution and maintaining of all job site documents and records including RFI's, ASIs, Bulletins, Submittals, Change Orders, Cost Control, Subcontracts, Pay Apps, Monthly Schedules, Project Buy-out, preparation of Meeting Agendas and Meeting Minutes. PM will work on-site with Superintendent. PM must be excellent in business writing and verbal communication skills. PM must be organized, thorough, accurate, detail oriented and reliable.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Recent experience completed jobs as project manager of public works projects valued $10MM and above
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to execute, and get many things done
- STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AND TEAM BUILDING
- Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in construction as demonstrated in an interview
- A good attitude, dependability, and the ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as demonstrated by references
- Effective verbal and written communication skills as shown by examples of previous work
- The ability to present updates in meetings in a professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, google docs
- Meet deadlines
